Property Lettings
We are independent letting agency. We have total freedom in being able to tailor our service to meet the exact needs and requirements of our clients. The tenancy agreements we use are based on the approved ARLA agreement, which has been fully legally checked and is proven to be reliable in a court of law. The tenancy is usually for six a month renewable periods, to suit the needs of the landlord and tenant.

An inventory is an essential document that provides a written record that details the fixtures and fittings of a property and their conditions, as well as the condition of the property itself. This should be created at the beginning of each new tenancy and updated at the end of each tenancy.
